Is it safe to transport my specimens?
Yes. CryoFuture is the leader in safe and secure cryo transportation and storage in the US. Our tanks are GPS and temperature monitored throughout shipment to our facilities. Our CryoFuture technicians hand pick-up and deliver your specimen, transported in our custom vehicles outfitted with crash-proof safes.

How is CryoFuture different from other cryo transportation options?
Other cryo transportation companies use general couriers to transport your specimens. This means that they will be shipped in a truck with hundreds of other packages, often sent to a sorting facility before being delivered. This increases the time and risk associated with your shipment. CryoFuture provides the safest way to transport your specimens with direct clinic-to-facility delivery, by trained medical couriers.

How do you monitor specimens to ensure they are safe?
We set the gold standard for safety in cryo storage and transportation. Our storage tanks are monitored 24/7 using our 5-point security system and kept in a safe vault that protects against earthquakes and fires.

What happens if the power goes out?
We have back-up generators in the event of a power outage. However, specimens are stored in tanks filled with liquid nitrogen, which is not reliant on power to maintain its temperature.

FSAC Onsite Storage Pricing
If you’d like, you can move your specimens to CryoFuture sooner, before the default storage period at FSAC ends, to take advantage of lower storage fees and long-term security.
Your specimen will be automatically transferred to CryoFuture after initial onsite storage period at FSAC.

Note: Patients choosing long-term storage with CryoFuture receive complimentary transportation to and from FSAC.
